Problem: When I try to turn on my audio player, the screen lights up for only a few seconds then shuts off.

Solution: The audio players used in the b-Calm system have  a HOLD button on left side of the player.  The HOLD button is used to deactivate the main keypad.  The HOLD button should be set to “OFF” when attempting to turn on the audio player.

Problem: My player is no but I don’t hear any sound.

Solution(s): Insure the headphone jack is fully inserted into the top portion of the player, the volume is turned up, and the player is charged.
